    During her 20+ years of listing and selling residential and commercial real estate, she has won numerous awards and recognitions, as well as, the distinct Double Centurion Award and the Chairman Gold Circle Award. Her track record of success includes superior marketing systems, customized listing service plans, top notch client service, strong negotiation skills, along with the power of Berkshire Hathaway, to achieve over 500+ recorded closed sales transactions, which rank her in the top 1% of Orange County Realtors.

    Although the market is slow, Betty is still doing well. She has developed a state of the art professional listing program designed to keep the seller abreast of the status of the listing on a regular basis during the contract period. Her marketing system is well defined and second to none in the exposure required to sell a home in the post boom real estate environment. Betty has an outstanding list-price to sold ratio within 95% to 98%. This proven record is a result of her making recommendations regarding the marketability of listings, supervising the execution of those recommendations and marketing the home via her 21 point customized marketing plan that uses a combination of print, social media and online advertising.

    Betty has her own real estate team which includes a personal assistant, and a licensed administrative assistant whose job is to focus solely on the extra paper work and communication required to properly execute listings and sales. She also has two licensed buyers agents who have several prequalified investor and traditional buyer clients, and a licensed transaction coordinator to assure timely closings. Her contractors and maintenance persons can handle anything from changing locks to significant renovations. She has existing programs to service utilities, and to maintain and repair non-occupied properties. A staging team is on her staff to help stage homes, and who work solely for her to help maximize appeal and value for her listings. In addition, she hires professional photographers to take high quality photographs and videos to attract more buyers to her listings.
